Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Terraform
- Optimize cloud costs through architectural improvements and reserved instance strategies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles
- Conduct disaster recovery planning and execute cloud security audits
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices and emerging technologies
- Drive cloud migration projects for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS infrastructure experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation scripting
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes administration and container orchestration
- Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer (AWS preferred)
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP a plus)
- Proven track record of leading cloud migration projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with architectural design experience
