Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Lead container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Conduct security assessments and compliance audits for cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Minneapolis and Texas offices
- Develop monitoring systems for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Present quarterly architecture roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) with 2+ years in Kubernetes
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code principles
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience with Minneapolis-based healthcare or finance clients preferred
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or equivalent expertise
