Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management strategies
- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting for production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and document infrastructure best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Expert-level AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (ELK)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
