Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, high-availability cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions to automate deployment processes.
- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices through regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Lead the migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud, optimizing performance and reducing costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with software development teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Design disaster recovery plans and execute regular maintenance to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on AWS.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with network security, IAM policies, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
