Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions on AWS/GCP
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to hybrid cloud environments
- Optimize cloud spend while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Conduct security assessments and compliance audits (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Develop automation scripts using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Collaborate with product teams to define cloud strategy roadmaps
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 3+ years at senior level
- Expert AWS/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect Professional)
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with multi-cloud deployments and hybrid networking
- Strong background in cost optimization and FinOps principles
- Track record of leading complex cloud migrations
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
