Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP/Azure architectures serving 50M+ users
- Lead migration strategies from legacy on-premise systems to cloud-native platforms
- Develop cost optimization frameworks reducing cloud spend by 30%+
- Create infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments for HIPAA/GDPR environments
- Mentor junior engineers through architectural review sessions
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 3+ years at senior level
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) with professional certification
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes orchestration
- Strong background in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Advanced knowledge of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
