Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures across AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native environments
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through weekly architecture reviews
- Present solutions to C-suite stakeholders with ROI analysis
- Optimize cloud spend using FinOps methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 5+ years in architecture roles
- AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect Professional required
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful cloud migration projects
