Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or account management with SaaS experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build executive-level relationships
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with self-discipline
- Certifications in Customer Success Management (CSM or similar) a plus
