Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Manage enterprise client accounts and SLA compliance
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate product bugs
- Mentor junior support specialists
- Analyze support metrics to improve customer satisfaction
- Lead quarterly training sessions for new product features
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise-level technical support
- Expertise in CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
