Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and optimize operations
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical methods
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Strong business acumen with experience in retail/manufacturing analytics
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
