Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to process large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate business questions into data solutions
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling narratives and data storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality checks and documentation best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in remote or hybrid environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with remote collaboration experience using tools like Slack and Zoom
