Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python for healthcare datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Analyze patient outcomes and operational efficiency metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and reports
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
