Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong coding skills in Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
