Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and data strategy improvement within the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts simply.
