Responsibilities

- Translate findings into clear visualizations and presentations for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
- Maintain data quality standards through automated validation checks
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with fintech or SaaS industry data requirements
