Responsibilities

- Perform advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product and marketing optimization.
- Develop interactive, intuitive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
