Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- SQL & Scripting: Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and transform data efficiently.
- Visualization: Design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify data gaps and optimize existing data pipelines and workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
