Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Modeling: Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to drive business decisions and ensure data integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within large datasets to support strategic initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently from relational databases.
- A/B Testing: Design and analyze experiments to test product changes and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
