Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure real-time reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous collaboration tools
- Must be physically located in San Diego County, CA
