Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical data models.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Automate manual reporting processes using Python and SQL to increase efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
- Expertise in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
