Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and written reports.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights to the team.
