Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth data mining and cleaning to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting data.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and analytical frameworks.
- Perform regression analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, compelling presentations.
- Optimize existing SQL queries and database structures to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
