Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive product optimization.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
