Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security standards
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business-critical insights
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
