Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive, visually compelling dashboards and static reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing rigorous data quality checks and validation processes.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Stay current with emerging data tools, trends, and best practices to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
