Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and data storytelling
- Maintain data integrity and establish best practices for data governance
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven remote work capability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts

- Experience mentoring analysts in remote team environments
