Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and reporting structures
- Present findings to C-suite executives through data-driven storytelling and strategic recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP) and knowledge of data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
