Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud tools
- Perform statistical analysis and create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and KPIs
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and lead data quality initiatives
- Present insights to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects
