Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources (SQL databases, APIs, spreadsheets) to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time insights into key business metrics and KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies that influence strategic business decisions.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive, data-backed reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure analytical alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
