Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Translate complex findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize KPIs and performance metrics
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate data-driven hypotheses
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of executive-level dashboards
- Proven track record translating analytics into measurable business outcomes
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
