Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business-friendly language.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend automation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying & optimization) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills.
