Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality for reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data trends.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Create automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual data entry errors.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
