Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data queries using SQL to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Partner with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ensure data integrity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
