Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize KPIs and campaign performance
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data delivery and reduce manual processes
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear narrative storytelling
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation techniques and documentation standards
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend new analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis with SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Expertise in statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
