Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Gather, clean, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data models, pipelines, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive financial or operational data.
