Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI for rapid deployment cycles
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Ansible
- Ensure zero-downtime deployments through blue-green and canary release strategies
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for production systems
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices and cloud security
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles
- Expert proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
