Position Overview:
As a key member of our infrastructure team, you'll design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud solutions. You'll drive automation initiatives and ensure system reliability while mentoring junior engineers. This role combines technical depth with strategic impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Create and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs while improving system performance
- Lead incident response and system troubleshooting
- Mentor DevOps team members and share best practices
- Implement security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience
- Expertise in AWS/GCP with 3+ years hands-on
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
