Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools
- Lead a team of 3-5 remote marketing specialists and coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Optimize conversion funnels and A/B test landing pages to maximize ROI
- Manage $500K+ annual digital advertising budget with quarterly strategic reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital platforms
- Present monthly performance reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce)
- Advanced Google Analytics and Google Ads certification required
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in marketing attribution modeling
