- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and adjust tactics for optimal ROI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets and optimize spending across platforms
- Create compelling content and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI results
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
