Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and email channels
- Lead a team of 5-7 marketing specialists and drive performance through data-driven insights
- Manage multi-million dollar client budgets and optimize ROI through continuous A/B testing
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through multi-channel campaigns
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams
