Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement responsive, high-performance front-end user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and established coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure stability and identify bugs before deployment.
- Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- State of Mind: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
