Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate designs into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and agile ceremonies to drive team efficiency.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing codebases.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the product.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Experience with TypeScript is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data fetching.
- Demonstrated experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
