Responsibilities
- Architect and Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Improve application performance, responsiveness, and scalability while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Remote Management: Manage your time effectively in a remote setting, attending daily stand-ups and collaborating via Slack/Zoom.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack web development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Discipline: Proven track record of being self-motivated and productive in a 100% remote work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
