Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize database performance to ensure data integrity and speed.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

- Demonstrated experience working in remote teams and night shift schedules.
