Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, or Python.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Optimization: Enhance application performance, security, and scalability while ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement robust testing strategies and assist in CI/CD pipeline automation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python. Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
- Backend: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
