Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Austin and remote locations to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for client deliverables.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote work-from-home setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
