Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or hybrid capacity.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
