Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Remote Communication: Actively participate in virtual stand-ups, code reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Vue.js and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a remote-first environment.
