Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers alike.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure fast load times and optimal user experience.
- Testing: Write automated tests and ensure code coverage to maintain high standards of reliability and security.
- Mentorship: Mentor team members and contribute to the technical vision and best practices of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular, along with a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
