Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UI/UX Designers) to define features and improve user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making to drive product excellence.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance application speed and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues remotely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
